Mexico Crowned Its New Queens

For a country that consistently sends top-notch delegates to claim its 2nd Miss Universe crown, being snubbed this year is a major disappointment. Mexico’s absence in the semifinalist row this year probably motivated Lupita Jones, Mexico’s National Director, to choose a gorge/godess candidate to represent the country in Miss Universe 2010. I am simply impressed with Ximena Navarrete and I have high hopes for this lady.

Ximena is really gorge… And I heard that she aced the final interview segment! That is wow… I really like her Latina/Indian look paired with a really sweet smile!

 Also crowned last Sunday, was Anabel Solis – the country’s representative to Miss World 2010.

I am not really impressed with Anabel’s beauty. However, with more than a year to prepare, I am hopeful that Lupita will have her magic touch!
