The people behind Miss World Philippines 2013 unveiled the official list of candidates yesterday. Check-out the list of candidates HERE! It seems that the girls will have a very tight schedule in the next 2-3 weeks. The pageant started officially with the press presentation and will culminate on August 18 for the big finale that will be aired over GMA 7. Check-out the schedule of activities for the pageant:

This year’s pageant will follow the format of Miss World. There will be several minor competition: Sports and Talent. I am crossing my fingers that there will be an official Beach Wear and Evening Gown competition. The Gala Charity Night is also a fixture in every Miss World pageant.
